Directions: Point to the number 1 on the page. Say "one" out loud, and have your child repeat after you. First have her trace the number 1 with her pointer finger (starting at the green dot and ending at the red dot). Next have her trace the number 1 using a brown crayon. Repeat the process.
Tracing the number 1 will help your child start to recognize numerals. Knowing numbers usually happens in preschool.
