Cat Up The Wall

Directions: Look at the picture below with your child. Lie on your back then slowly raise your legs up straight toward the sky. Flex your feet, spread your arms out to either side, and keep your neck in a neutral position. You can also instead rest your legs on a wall.

This pose is super calming for the nervous system and it helps quiet the mind because the body is fully relaxed.
