Directions: Place your baby on the floor. Then roll a toy and give it back to your baby. Encourage him to imitate your actions and explore the toy in various ways. Encourage him to shake it or roll it once he is done exploring it with his mouth.
When you encourage your baby to roll or shake an object you are helping him discover the relationship between his behavior and what the toy does.
