Directions: Place your baby on the floor and then give him a shape sorter "puzzle" to play with. Watch how your baby picks up and explores each shape as he begins to understand the concept of putting smaller things into larger things.
Playing with puzzles will help your baby begin to learn and understand the physical relationships (i.e. direction and position) between the different pieces.
