Knee Plank Cat Kisses

Directions: Start on hands and knees with baby on the mat underneath you so that you're face-to-face. Put knees back a few inches on the floor, toes tucked. Bend your elbows, and slowly lower yourself closer to your baby until you're close enough to kiss her nose or forehead.

This pose helps develop core strength and will also work your triceps. Plus you get to kiss your baby!
