Directions: Have your child fly like a superhero to strengthen his back. Have him lay on his stomach on the floor and try to lift his arms and legs up off of the floor so that his upper chest comes up, too.

When your child has opportunities to practice improving his core (abdominal) strength he learns to build muscle power and balance, and climbing at a playground becomes easier.
