Directions: Have your child point to and say the letter "D". Then say the letter sound "DUH"; have him repeat it. Together read each word out loud. Have your child circle the letter D, DUH in each word using a black crayon. Then have him color in the pictures.
Your child will understand that what comes out of his mouth is sounds and those sounds can become words printed on a page and read back to him.
